My Urbz® Planter is not sticking to my window. Please help!

Make sure that you remove the window attachment from the Urbz® planter before attaching it to the window. The window attachment needs to be pressed firmly onto the window (or other smooth, non-porous surface) in order to adhere properly.

How do I clean the window attachment?

If the Urbz® Planter window attachment gets dirty or will not stick, rinse it under cold water and allow to air dry. Once dry, try reattaching it to the smooth, non-porous surface (i.e. window, mirror, stainless steel fridge, tile, etc.)
